Exchange or Return of Goods

At Pictik™, most of our products are customized and made specifically based on customer requirements.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • Product received is damaged during transit

  • Incorrect product delivered (wrong size, frame, or print)

  • Manufacturing or print quality defect

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

Most Pictik™ products are customized and made to order.
Production usually takes 2–4 business days, followed by delivery of 3–7 business days depending on your location.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline, please contact our support team with your Order ID.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Delivery timelines may be affected on public holidays or weekends.
Orders placed during holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Do you deliver across India?

Yes ✅
We offer pan-India delivery through reliable courier partners. Delivery availability may vary slightly for remote locations.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Address changes are possible only before production starts.
Once an order is in production or dispatched, changes cannot be made.

Is next-day delivery available?

No. Since most products are custom-made, next-day delivery is not available.
Each order requires production time to ensure quality.

What if my product is damaged during delivery?

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

Our team will review and arrange a replacement or resolution as per our policy.

Do I need to be present to receive the delivery?

Yes, it is recommended that someone is available to receive the package.
If delivery fails due to unavailability, the courier partner may attempt re-delivery.
