What products does Pictik™ offer?

Pictik™ offers custom photo prints, frames, posters, albums, wall art, personalized gifts, and creative print solutions for individuals and businesses.

Will my photo quality be good after printing?

Yes. We manually review images before printing. If a photo is too low-resolution, our team may contact you or optimize it for best possible output.

Will my print look exactly like what I see on my screen?

Screens use light (RGB) and prints use ink (CMYK), so minor color variation is normal. We always aim for accurate, natural-looking prints.

Can I preview my design before printing?

For select products, yes. For others, we rely on proven print standards to avoid delays while maintaining quality.

I uploaded the wrong photo. Can I change it?

If production hasn’t started, yes.
Once printing begins, changes are not possible due to customization.

Are frames and gifts fragile?

Yes — and we know that. That’s why all frames and delicate items are professionally packed with multi-layer protection before shipping.

Can I add a message or note inside the package?

Yes! Many customers add a personal message to make their gift more special.

Is gift wrapping available?

Gift-ready packaging is used by default. Special wrapping may vary by product.

Can I book a product shoot for my business?

Absolutely. We offer professional product photography and videography for e-commerce, catalogues, ads, and online platforms, including lighting, styling, and post-editing.

Do you provide creative direction and editing?

Yes. Every shoot includes concept planning, shooting, and post-production editing, ensuring a complete and polished final output.

Pictik™ provides end-to-end creative services.
This includes planning, shooting, lighting, direction, editing, and final delivery. We do not offer partial or raw-only shoot services.

Do you handle editing and post-production in-house?

Yes. All editing, color correction, retouching, and post-production are handled by the Pictik™ team to ensure consistency and quality.
