Refund and Returns Policy

At Pictik™, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since most of our products and services are customized and made-to-order, please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Customized Products (Photo Prints, Frames, Albums, Gifts)

Customized and personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are created specifically based on customer-provided images, text, or design preferences.

However, refunds or replacements may be provided only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged during transit
  • Incorrect product delivered (wrong size, frame, or print)
  • Manufacturing defect or print quality issue

Conditions:

  • Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging must be shared
  • Product must be unused and in original condition

2. Non-Customized / Ready Products (if applicable)

For non-customized or ready-made products:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Once approved, a refund or replacement will be processed.


3. Digital Services & Studio Bookings

Digital Services (Design, Marketing, Digital Skills):

  • Payments for digital services are non-refundable once work has started
  • If a project is cancelled before work begins, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion

Studio Bookings (Photo / Video / Audio):

  • Booking cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
