Return & Refund Policy

At Pictik™, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a transparent shopping experience. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Policy

  • Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
  • Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned, except in cases of damage or defect.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for processing a return.
  • If the return is due to an incorrect or defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
  • Returns will only be accepted if the item is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
  • The customer must notify us via email or WhatsApp before initiating a return to receive the necessary instructions.

1.1 Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized/customized products.
  • Digital downloads or e-gift cards.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Products damaged due to improper use or mishandling.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, or Net Banking).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
  • If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit will be provided.
  • Refunds may take additional processing time depending on the customer’s bank policies.

2.1 Partial Refunds

  • If the product is used, damaged, or missing parts, only a partial refund may be issued.
  • If the return request is initiated after the 7-day return window, it will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Products returned without prior approval may be subject to a restocking fee.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or defective products.
  • Customers must initiate the exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
  • If an exchange is requested, the replacement product will be shipped within 3-5 business days after approval.
  • If the replacement product is of a higher value, the customer will be required to pay the difference.

4. Return & Refund Process

4.1 How to Request a Return?

  1. Email us at support@pictik.in or message us on WhatsApp at +91 8386870809 with your order number and issue details.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 24-48 hours.
  3. Ship the product to our return address (provided upon approval).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund/exchange.
  5. Customers will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation once the refund/exchange has been processed.

4.2 Processing Time

  • Return request review: 24-48 hours
  • Refund processing: 5-7 business days
  • Exchange shipping (if applicable): 3-5 business days
  • Refunds via bank transfer may take up to 10 business days depending on bank processing times.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
  • If an order is already shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, customers can initiate a return after receiving the item.
  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Prepaid orders cannot be canceled once they are processed and shipped.

6. Important Notes

  • Customers must ensure that the product is packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • If a return is not received within 10 days of approval, the request will be considered void.
  • Pictik™ reserves the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet our return criteria.
  • Refunds will only be issued once the returned product passes quality checks.
  • Any disputes regarding returns and refunds must be raised within 30 days of the order date.
